Nasa: Stadium-sized asteroid to pass within 1.7m miles of Earth today

A colossal asteroid, 2008 OS7, comparable in size to iconic structures like the Willis Tower and Empire State Building, is set to make a close approach to Earth. Nasa is monitoring its trajectory as it comes within 1.7 million miles. No cause for alarm as it will safely bypass our planet.
